Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Reclaim โ†’ Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?
Open Reclaim โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete Account. All your data is permanently deleted immediately.

Is my bank login stored?
No. Bank connections use read-only OAuth through Plaid or TrueLayer. We never see or store your login credentials.

What if a merchant doesn't respond?
Reclaim automatically sends follow-up emails on your behalf. If you have a Pro or higher plan, this happens automatically. On the free plan, you can manually send follow-ups.

Which countries are supported?
US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Korea, Australia, and Brazil.

How do I request a refund?
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Tax professional service refunds โ€” contact support@getreclaimapp.store before work has commenced.

How do I export my data?
Open Reclaim โ†’ Settings โ†’ Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON file with all your data within seconds.
